Everyone’s favorite Netflix anthology series of doom, gloom, and warnings about technology is back!
That’s right, Black Mirror, the anthology show that first aired in Britain before coming to Netflix for six episode seasons, was just back with its fourth season of six episodes and while we do not want to spoil any of the new stories, we definitely want to give you a bit of preview. As evidenced by season three’s “San Junipero,” the show is not afraid to be lighthearted sometimes.
The two stars of that episode, pictured above, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Mackenzie Davis, played a happy go lucky couple to perfection. In many ways, the episode paved the path for season four, which is certainly keeping an open mind to having the potential for positive story lines and happy endings.
We are not yet sure which episodes will feature these sentiments, but it is safe to say that not all of them will.
The most anticipated episode of season four is “U.S.S. Callister,” an episode starring Jesse Plemons and Cristin Milioti that has been teased for many months now and seems to be taking place in a Star Trek-esque universe. We cannot wait to binge!
