When you ask a nine year old kid what he, or she, would want for Christmas, the chances are that you are probably going to hear many of the same type of answers.
From toys to the latest gadgets and video games, you would not be wrong if you were to say that kids had become slightly predictable with the Christmas lists that they have been constructing for Santa Claus, as of late.
This is no fault on the kids, mind you. After all, Christmas is the time to ask Santa for that sort of thing. But some kids do not find themselves interested in the same old, same old. Take Mikah Frye, for example.
He wanted an Xbox One for Christmas, but after some careful thought, he opted to forego the Xbox and he instead wanted the money that would have gone to the purchase of the console to go to homeless people who needed clothes and blankets and the like.
The act of kindness ended up paying off for Frye who was showered with gifts from tearful, thankful mall employees, including an Xbox One. It just goes to show you. When you give around the holidays, it might just come back to you.
