In one of the more surprisingly inspiring stories that you are likely to read this month, the fans of a certain team in the National Football League have started raising money at a jaw dropping pace.
The Buffalo Bills had not made the postseason in the NFL in quite some time (after seventeen years, in fact), but with their win against the Miami Dolphins to close out the 2017 regular season, they put themselves in a prime position to nab a spot in the Wild Card round this year.
The only thing they needed to make the playoffs after their win was a loss from the Baltimore Ravens, who would have to be defeated by the Cincinnati Bengals, if the Bills were to stand a chance.
Things were looking rather bleak when suddenly, Andy Dalton led his offense down the field and threw the game winning touchdown to Tyler Boyd. Suddenly, the Bills had made the playoffs!
And their fans were so grateful for Dalton’s late game heroics, that they decided to give back, which resulted in over fifty thousand dollars being raised for Andy Dalton’s charity and foundation by Buffalo fans. Talk about a heartwarming story if there ever was one!
